Once approved, our craftsmen use premium materials (weather-resistant stone, stainless steel, treated wood, outdoor-rated finishes) to build a structure meant to last seasons through. After installation, we provide a full walkthrough, maintenance recommendations, and optional seasonal care packages.

After installation we provide a full care guide — how to clean surfaces, maintain metal fixtures, protect wood from weather, and winterize when needed. On request, we offer seasonal maintenance – resealing stone, checking grout or joint integrity, cleaning metal grills, and inspecting for wear.
